Bespoke Marketing: The benefits for selling your home

Bespoke marketing is a phrase banded around by estate agents a little too freely in my opinion, what exactly constitutes bespoke marketing? A brochure that has photos of your house on is bespoke – but hardly revolutionary!

However, truly remarkable bespoke marketing that is individually designed for your home can make a massive difference to the successful marketing of your home. The results that bespoke marketing can generate in both terms of price achieved and the time taken to sell can be significant. At The Property Shop we offer an exclusive service for prestigious homes. Our co-founder and Director, Daniel Thomas, will consult with each client individually to create a bespoke marketing service which will include; individually designed property brochures; bespoke for sale sign and even a logo for your home. Quite simply the marketing created by Daniel will help to expose your home to the right buyers and then make them fall in love with it! Even better we do not charge any extra for our bespoke services, they are simply included as part of the standard fee.

In addition to the bespoke element of the marketing we are able to offer support for dressing and styling your home and will use our professional photographers to take some stunning photographs of the interior and exterior of your home as well as some aerial and twilight photographs. Where appropriate we will also include ‘lifestyle’ and local photography to deepen the connection your buyers make to your homes.

The easiest way for you to see and fully understand the benefit of the marketing created by Daniel for our exclusive homes is to see it first hand. This is why we offer a complimentary initial consultation to discuss our suggestions for your home. If you are already on the market and struggling to sell we will give you some hints and advice on things you could try to improve your results.
